Bob Kanapka, Assistant General Counsel at Dun & Bradstreet, a leading global provider of business decision data and analytics, has been a reliable Pro Bono Partnership volunteer since 2016. During this time, Bob has assisted 17 New Jersey nonprofit clients with 20 unique legal matters. Throughout the years, Bob has demonstrated that he really can do it all, from helping new nonprofits incorporate and file for tax exemption, to assisting with trademark registrations and reviewing a wide variety of contracts. Bob is truly an invaluable resource to the Partnership’s nonprofit clients.

In 2020, Bob drafted a terms of use and privacy policy for Mary’s Place by the Sea, a NJ based nonprofit that supports women diagnosed with cancer through respite care and holistic services. Michele Gannon, Executive Director/Co-Founder of this incredible nonprofit, noted that “It was such a pleasure working with Bob and the Pro Bono Partnership team creating a privacy policy for our non-profit organization. Bob was timely and thorough, and graciously guided the team at Mary’s Place by the Sea through the process to bring our mid-size nonprofit to the next level. We are truly grateful.”

Not only has Bob been a consistent and valued Partnership volunteer, he has also been a strong and vocal champion of pro bono work by encouraging his Dun & Bradstreet colleagues to volunteer with the Partnership. We are grateful for Bob as well as Dun & Bradstreet for their unwavering support.
