Melissa B. Greenberger, Staff Attorney, handles client matters and volunteer outreach on Long Island. She comes to the Partnership with 20 years of legal and nonprofit experience.
Prior to joining the Partnership, Melissa was the Pro Bono Innovator at Nassau Suffolk Law Services Committee, Inc. She was previously employed by Touro Law Center as the Practitioner in Residence for the Mortgage Foreclosure Clinic and as staff attorney for the Civil Rights Litigation Clinic and Senior Citizens Law Program. She is a Small Claims Arbitrator in the Suffolk County District Courts and presently sits as the Associate Village Justice in the Village of Lake Grove. Melissa also teaches law and ethics courses at Suffolk County Community College.
Melissa is admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut (inactive). She is a graduate of Dickinson College and Touro Law Center.
