Pro Bono Partnership Child Care Initiative Evidence from studies of early childhood education programs suggest that good management and business practices, including legal compliance, are related to other measures of quality and child development outcomes. The Partnership can provide assistance on general business legal needs and also on regulatory issues unique to child care providers. The Pro Bono Partnership, through its Child Care Initiative, provides legal advice and education to New York-based nonprofit child care and after-school providers, except those located in New York City.
