Time to Express Milk
Nursing mothers may take reasonable [unpaid break time/paid break or meal time] to express breast milk in the workplace for up to three years after the birth of a child. Specifically, nursing mothers are provided leave of [20/30] minutes of [paid/unpaid] leave every three hours to express breast milk. However, in the event that the Company determines appropriate employee coverage is unavailable, the Company may require employee to delay her leave for a period of up to 30 minutes until coverage is available. An employee wishing to take this leave must provide the Company with advanced notice.
